Refund policy

We have a faulty product return policy, which means if your product is damaged due to it being faulty within 14 days of your purchase you may be eligible to receive a replacement product. 

To be eligible for a replacement product, your item must be faulty. This does not include customer error or mistreatment of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the replacement process, you can contact us at hello@orobellaa.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a replacement for sale items or gift cards. Please contact us though as we may be able to find a solution on a case-to-case basis.


Refunds
Are not accepted. As stated above we will endeavor to replace the product with the same product if a genuine fault of the product is determined.
